Where the abundant presence
of smoke or other particulates in a work or commercial environment
would overwhelm a lesser unit, the Active Air Light to Medium Duty
Ionizer can really clear the air by effectively reducing moderate to
heavy particulates and smoke.
The Active Air Light to Medium
Duty Ionizer
effectively reduces particulates and visible smoke, using ion
generation. Oppositely charged particles accrue together by electrical
attraction. These larger particles are then captured by filters or
simply become heavy enough to drop from the breathing air space.

Installation details
 Elevate
the unit as much as possible to insure complete purification.
Some pollutants such as smoke rise, and the unit, when
elevated, can more effectively eliminte the pollutant.
The Active Air Light to Medium
Duty Ionizer is
most effective when placed in a position which allows the ions to be
spread evenly and be thoroughly mixed with the polluted air.
Suggested locations listed in the order of preference --
1. In or near the
air stream or current in the room that will best disperse the ions.
2.
Nearest the source of the worst pollution.
3.
In the area most heavily usd to achieve maximum benefit.
For optimum control, the ionizer should be placed where easy acces to
the controls is possible.
The
unit should always be placed at least one inch away from the wall to
achieve unrestricted air flow. |
